Required enrollment documents

To ensure a smooth admission process, parents must submit the following mandatory documents during enrollment at Melora Playschool & Daycare in Sector 83, Gurgaon.
  • Birth Certificate – Proof of the child's age.
  • Passport-Sized Photographs – (2-4 recent photos of the child and parents/guardians).
  • Parent/Guardian ID Proof – Aadhaar Card, Passport, or any government-issued ID.
  • Address Proof – Utility bill, rental agreement, or Aadhaar card.
  • Vaccination Record – Updated immunization details of the child.
  • Medical History (if any) – Any allergies, special medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.
  • Emergency Contact Details – Additional contact for safety purposes.
